# VaultAI Figma Screen Specifications

## Design Standard

The design is deliberately institutional rather than futuristic. It should feel like a serious enterprise financial application produced for a bank CTO, corporate development team, or software holding company.

## Screen 1: Landing Page

- Primary message: VaultAI helps enterprise teams review data rooms, surface deal risks, and preserve audit evidence.
- Visual language: dark command-center interface, restrained accent colors, dense but readable content.
- Required CTAs: Open workspace, Review acquisition listing, WorkspaceData.
- Avoid: fantasy language, inflated claims, internal dialogue, "prompt" references.

## Screen 2: WorkspaceData Evidence Hub

- Purpose: show actual surrounding assets that increase codebase transfer value.
- Layout: left rail for evidence classes, right-side cards for Figma, Notion, research, source register, and manifest.
- Buyer outcome: a reviewer understands that VaultAI includes more than source code; it includes operating context.

## Screen 3: Bank Admin Control Plane

- Purpose: show ledger inspection and compliance review.
- Layout: metric cards, transaction table, debit/credit journal map, account freeze panel, audit hash-chain panel.
- Buyer outcome: a reviewer sees how risk/compliance users inspect ledger behavior without database access.

## Screen 4: Acquisition Listing

- Purpose: justify a pre-revenue source-code/IP sale using concrete valuation inputs.
- Layout: proof strip, valuation driver grid, included asset list, truth-in-diligence section, review path.
- Buyer outcome: valuation discussion is anchored in shipped functionality, replacement cost, audience/domain, and technical uniqueness.
