Refund Policy

1. Enterprise Sales Are Final
VaultAI provides enterprise SaaS access for confidential M&A diligence, RFP automation, document intelligence, and AI-assisted business workflows. Because customers receive immediate access to sensitive data processing capabilities, onboarding resources, infrastructure allocation, and enterprise workflow configuration, all enterprise sales are final and non-refundable unless a signed written agreement states otherwise.
2. No Refunds for Used or Activated Access
Fees are non-refundable once platform access, workspace provisioning, user onboarding, document ingestion, AI analysis, data-room processing, implementation support, private-offer access, or other enterprise services have begun. This includes monthly, annual, pilot, custom, private offer, and implementation fees.
3. Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation according to the terms of their applicable order form, subscription, or enterprise agreement. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges where applicable, but does not create a refund right for the then-current subscription term or previously delivered services.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact sales@vaultai.network within ten business days of the charge. VaultAI will review the request in good faith and may correct duplicate charges, payment processing errors, or other billing mistakes at its discretion.
5. Service Issues
If a customer experiences a service issue, VaultAI may provide commercially reasonable support, remediation, account credits, or other remedies if required by a signed agreement. Except where expressly stated in such agreement, service issues do not entitle customers to refunds.
